The Penthouse suite is located on the second level of an individual building that features breathtaking panoramic ocean and sunset views. The studio has a queen size bed, AC, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Smart TV, 100MB Internet and a balcony with sliding glass doors to let in the fresh sea breeze and watch the amazing sunsets and ocean view! A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views. Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car, a quad (ATV) or Buggy. Guests with bigger vehicles would have to park down the road

Lovely studio - Great food & surf on the doorstep!

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

If this unit is booked please look at our other units "Montezuma Heights'(Mariposa, Buho, Geco and Art house). All have their own beauty!!There are not many places left like this , please enjoy it. Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

Casa Mirador-Ocean View

Casa Mirador is located a few minutes up the hill from Montezuma. It is very close to the trail to the upper water fall and is about a 20 minute walk down to town. It has a fantastic view, great breezes and a pool that is shared with Casa Tranquila. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. Casa Mirador is an upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Our caretakers live in the downstairs apartment.
