Newly renovated, its master bedroom has a queen size bed The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has a smart TV, ready for your streaming device. Restaurants, shops and the beach within a 2 minute walk. The town's main street is a 10 minute walk down the beach and has many more shops, tour providers, restaurants and nightlife!

Our condo is perfect for a couple or single to enjoy the wonders of Playa Flamingo. Centrally located so a car is not necessary (we are about 150 meters up a hill) if you plan on staying close. We do have golf carts available for rent (reserve early) that would expand your reach to 3 towns and 5 beaches. The complex provides 2 ocean view pools and is within walking distance of all amenities in the area. If you need to spend time working online, the WiFi speed is 150 mbps.

Pacific Sunset Ground Unit Condo across the beach

Please note: There is currently construction taking place at the exterior of the building, which has moved to the side facing this unit, also overlooking the pool. The pool will remain open, but guests in this unit can expect disturbances from construction noises Monday to Friday, during the morning and afternoon. Prices have been reduced to reflect this inconvenience. Guests choosing to stay at this property should be comfortable with the ongoing construction work.
