The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk.

The Cabin at Enchanted Acres Ranch

Located in the Cocoa / Port St. John / Titusville area, the ranch is a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, close to bioluminescent kayaking, cruises from Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Orlando attractions. This cute and cozy little cabin is ideal for 2 people but will sleep up to 4 guests. NOTE: If available, early check in or late check out may be accommodated for a fee of $50. Our airstream has all the amenities you need. It is located in our one acre property behind our house (very private) the parking is on the side of our house next to our carport and you will go through a gate and follow the path to the airstream.
