First floor apartment with separate entrance on 2 levels, renovated with very fine finishes, parquet on the floors, visible beams and new furniture. It’s equipped with all comforts and it’s very close to the central Piazza Maggiore. Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. Frappo al Carmine è un piccolo e accogliente appartamento (posto al piano terra, e pertanto non ci sono scalini da fare) finemente ristrutturato situato nel centro storico di Firenze, nel caratteristico quartiere di San Frediano. L'appartamento si affaccia direttamente in Piazza del Carmine, nel cuore dell'Oltrarno fiorentino, a pochi passi dai più importanti monumenti della città. La casa dispone di un soggiorno con divano letto, cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno finestrato. Tv e wifi.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Casa Adriana is a beautiful house inside a 14°century Villa. This Villa is owned by the Migliorini family since the 17° century. You have a private garden at your disposal, wifi, a/c, washer, dishwasher, private parking. Casa Adriana is very close to Florence (15 minutes by train) and you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Chianti in 1 hour driving. Please note: Tourist Tax has to be paid in cash once arrived in our accommodation. Hiring a car is highly recommended.
