The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

You will occupy the entire first floor of our large home. You will be in heaven surrounded by nature, mountains, panoramic sunsets and wide-open views as far as the eye can see. As on-site hosts, you can be assured your stay is more of an experience then just a stay. Guests don't want to leave during their stay.

Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. World class road biking around Hayden Lake, close mountain biking, fishing, summer water activities, boat slip available (no trailer parking available). 15 miles to Silverwood, 1hr to Schweitzer, 1hr to Silver Mtn.

Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
