Precioso atico con vistas espectaculares.

Encuentra el momento de tranquilidad y magia siente el mar como en un barco, te quedaras asombrado contemplando las islas (Lobos y Lanzarote) desde este atico.Esta muy bien ubicado en el pueblo de Corralejo,a pocos metros del puerto deportivo que ofrece gran variedad de excursiones y deportes acuaticos.Todo cercano para ir andando: ocio gastronomico,tiendas,supermercados,centro de salud.. Ayudare a que vuestra estancia sea lo mas agradable posible con total cercania y disposicion; os espero!!

Casajable, armonía junto al mar

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

A 100mts. de la playa de Corralejo, hemos creado un hábitat natural con vistas al mar, Lobos y Lanzarote. El diseño, basado en el clima local, proporciona confort térmico aprovechando fuentes ambientales, así como una integración estética con el entorno. Todo el equipamiento necesario en un entorno tranquilo y residencial, con servicios próximos (a pocos metros de distancia y a pie).

Calma Beach House - Vista Mar Panorámica

El apartamento situado en planta alta se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Está recién reformado y totalmente equipado, es muy amplio con 50 m2, la cocina y el comedor están situados frente al mar. El balcón está cubierto y acristalado hacia el lado norte como cortavientos. ¡Lo mejor es la fantástica vista panorámica al mar! También se incluye un jardín privado e independiente en la planta baja: ¡así son unas vacaciones perfectas! Todo esto a menos de 50m de la playa!

The perfect spot for both remote workers and travelers, ideal location for beach walks, hikes, sports, and watersports. My concern is your successful vacation.

Stunning little house 20 meters to the beach!

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”
