We have some of the best fishing and fly fishing around, with a lake, three ponds, and direct access to Duck River. Enjoy a picturesque and rural experience in the country while being in a spacious, warm, and furnished house. Just over an hour from BNA and Nashville. 20min to Jack Daniels and Nearest Green Distilleries.

4 Bd, 4.5 bath Farm Stay with Lake, great fishing!

The Ranch is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a nice house on 170 acres of working cattle ranch with horses. We have a small lake with 3 ponds, which are great for fishing and swimming, as well as over a mile of duck riverfront property. Play in the river or sit on the dock and read a book. This is a fantastic place for groups of all sizes! We are very rural, but grocery stores and civilization are only about 12 minutes away. We are also located near Dickel, Uncle Nearest as Jack Daniels.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. We have the lake right around the corner! You can fish with your little ones or family! We have a bar with live music right outside our gate! We are located in a gated community surrounded by nature and peaceful places! Literally 25 minutes away from the Water Falls, Skydiving, and 45 minutes away from the Music City (Nashville) and real close to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery! Come and get away with the fam! It’s located right outside of Manchester, TN and is less than 10 minutes from I-24. You can enjoy the calm quiet of this home on the lake, or be in Chattanooga or Nashville in an hour.

We invite you to stay in our basement studio apartment on our working horse farm here at River Bluff Ranch, LLC! Our farmland and woods back up to the beautiful Duck River! What makes our place unique is that we offer guided horseback rides and pony rides at an additional cost! 🐴 We also have a small petting farm for the kids with friendly donkeys, a mini cow, a dwarf pony, goats and pigs! If you are a fellow horse owner, you can haul in your own horses for your stay, too.

This is an allergy free home no pets. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We also have RV hookups quick drive to Tim’s Ford Lake, Jack Daniel’s Distillery and Shopping Mall close by. We also have a small water park and waterfalls nearby. We have a mini farm ducks and chickens free range daily. If you like fresh eggs let me know I can put some in the refrigerator for you. We are an allergy free home NO PETS allowed.
