A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

One street back from the esplanade with an amazing garden. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with seperate toilet & bathroom. Fully enclosed yard with a reserve across the road keeping it private and peaceful. *Outdoor heated spa is an optional extra for $50/ night *fee added upon spa request

Its walking distance to everything, the beach, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, banks literally right in the heart of the main precinct, yet very private. Main bedroom has a wooden cot and porta cot also available upon request Secured backyard fencing. Linen provided along with towels. Please pack your own beach towel. No fire wood is provided.

Tiny House situated in a beautiful rural setting with amazing views of the sunset from the back deck. Fully self contained with plenty of parking space. TinyZen is located about 40 metres from main house. However you will still enjoy privacy in the tiny house, with a private back deck with views to the hills and coast & beautiful views of Thistle Island, Sleaford and Fishery Bays. Pets are allowed (not inside & it is not a fenced yard)
