We can cater for up to 8 people and we charge a per person rate over two people, so it is affordable for couples and single travelers, as well as groups or families. single garage parking for normal sized cars.

The cottage has 50 m2 of indoor space, including a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, living and dining areas that includes a 55" TV and a 200 L fridge, a kitchenette/bathroom, separate shower room and separate wc. Stroll down the jetty strip and grab a coffee or dine at the many great restaurants! Jetty theatre less then 100metres. Great walking and bicycle paths all around the coastline. Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
