Hello! Come stay at the Lightfoot Horse Farm Guest House! We are located twenty minutes outside of Chico, in the rural community of Cohasset. Here you’ll find a working horse farm with ten horses, lots of open space to roam about, a yoga deck, and a peaceful little abode in which to get a quiet's night sleep. Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
