Comfy, oddball studio that preserves the pre-gentrified bohemian feeling of Troy circa 2005. Lovingly constructed by mysterious artisan Oswaldo who stayed in November 2005 and then disappeared, leaving this gem as part of his local legacy. In the heart of downtown Troy, two doors from TAKK house, sharing the alley with Peck's, blocks from Saturday farmers market, walking distance from RPI. This unit is private but the large kitchen and laundry (green floor) is occasionally accessed by hosts.

River cabin 5 - private shoreline 24 mins to Toga

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

The Hygge Loft- mid-mod cabin on 70 forested acres

The Hygge Loft: a midcentury modern-designed cabin nestled among 70 acres of privately-owned forest with rivers & hiking trails. Enjoy sipping an espresso or wine while listening to vinyl records, cozied up by the wood-burning fireplace. Take a walk in the forest to the river or stargaze by the firepit on the private deck. The Famous Saratoga County Race Track is Just 30 mins from the apartment! There is many things to do, we have tug Boat Rally's with fire work shows ,the town is only a walk away, we have the Beautiful Erie canal right next to us with beautiful bike trails! Waterford has some old school Diner's We are located right in the center of so many locations! R.P.I is only 15 mins! Russel sage is 20 mins! Hudson Valley is 25 mins! All Hospitals are 10 to 25 mins away for the nurses! 1GB INTERNET!

The Troy downtown area is less than three miles away. There are seven other units available in the building for a larger party. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.
