Welcome home! Just minutes from Lake Champlain and Mallett's Bay in Colchester, Vermont! We have taken extra care to ensure that your stay with us is relaxing and fun! Bring your bike or snowshoes as we’re super close to the Burlington Bike Path & Island Line Trail. Just a 10 min. drive to downtown Burlington and all that Vermont has to offer is a quick drive away. Our home is located on a historic Colchester Farmhouse that was originally built in 1900. Completely remodeled for your comfort!

Malletts Bay Flat

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

NEW! Very roomy 600 sq ft suite in quiet neighborhood, walking distance of 5-corners, 5 miles to Burlington. Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.
