After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Great place to stay & explore one of England's most lovely countryside areas. Farm shop, open for 20 + yrs, sells a wide range of home grown & home butchered meats & local flour, beers, ready meals & pies. Nr. Rutland Water, & Melton Mowbray, of pie fame, Stamford & Leicester. Great pubs abound, as do walks & entertainment of every kind.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Clock Cottage Self contained Rutland Rural Retreat

Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The suite is open plan and includes a king sized bed, comfy living area and kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, freestanding open plan bathtub and separate bathroom and outside dining area. The living area can be used as a family/friends bedroom with the use of a fold out sofa bed. Ideal for a couple.

Comfy Modern APT - Sleeps 4

Located in the centre of the Historic Market Town of Uppingham. Based in is heart of the small county of Rutland. This apartment is a stones throw away to the gorgeous town centre, with markets every Friday, great places to eat and drink and some really cute little shops. A quick 10 minute drive to another Market Town of Oakham and not far from Rutland Water where you can enjoy some beautiful scenic walks. The apartment offers an allocated parking space and communal paved garden.

Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

The townhouse is located on a quiet residential one way street. Oakham has stunning historical architecture, i.e a castle, quaint independent shops, pubs and restaurants are moments from the door. A short walk from the railway station. It is ideal for couples or families. A short drive is Rutland Water and is the largest man made lake in Europe 26 miles circumference and hosts many outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling and bird watching.
