Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. We are situated minutes from the centre of town which includes local amenities such as fish and chips , restaurants, ice cream shops, bakery, butcher , fish monger & supermarket. We are 3 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach with coastal walks, local golf course and the working harbour where you can have the choice of diving, fishing & boat trips.

The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is warm and comfortable, with modern facilities in an 18th century building. Use it as a base to explore the St Abbs Nature Reserve; spend the day by the sea exploring rocks pools or riding the surf or take some beautiful walks in the countryside. Then come back to relax in front of a wood burner or sit outside in the sunshine!
