Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway for couples who will enjoy a beautiful wood fireplace, outdoor balcony complete with festoon lighting, kitchenette and small dining area. The standard price for the cottage is for 2 guests, encompassing a king room with en suite, lounge room, kitchenette including breakfast supplies and snacks, and a deck with views of the Yarra Valley. Should you have more than 2 guests, the second queen room and full en suite will need to be booked for an additional flat price of $160 per night, max 2 people. The cottage sleeps 4 people maximum. If you are booking for 2 guests and you require the second bedroom you need to book for 3 people.

Built 1930 and fully restored with extensions added in 2017. 3 LARGE bedrooms (eg weekend 3 people ~$299 a night=about $100 each+cleaning). Shared: bathroom, living area with kitchenette.
