Featuring a large, well stocked kitchen, living room and lots of storage space. Close to the glistening waters of Kal Lake or drive (25 mins) up to the snow-covered peaks of Silverstar Ski Hill. We have been hosting for over 7 years! Whether you need extra towels or local insights, we're here, ready to assist you during your stay.

Cozy, Private Loft Suite, minutes from charming downtown Vernon. Abundant off-road parking with room for vehicles towing a boat or trailer. Suite comprised of bedroom, sitting room, full bathroom (shower only - no tub) and kitchenette. Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, countertop oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils. Close to downhill & cross country skiing, sledding/snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, hiking, boating, wine & brewery tours, farmers markets & more!

Spacious - sleeps 8 (4×2) comfortably. Clean, bright, NO stairs. 2 bdrm + queen folding matress + queen hide a bed, 4 piece bath, laundry, full kitchen/ dining - cooking facilities but NO range. 55" tv - Netflix, Prime, Roku, Tubi, You Tube etc. 1000 sq ft. of clean, quiet, comfort! Fully stocked kitchen with various: condiments/seasonings/spices. We offer complimentary fresh ground coffee, flavoured creamers, tea, fruit juice, cereal bars and fruit snacks for your morning growlies ☺️

Bright & Spacious Secondary Suite

This beautiful basement suite is close to downtown, beaches, trails, and all amenities. Only 20 minutes from Silverstar! There are new Quartz countertops throughout, and it comes very well stocked. The living room has a comfortable couch, a large tv, books, puzzles, and games. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. Additionally there is in-suite laundry, a second full bathroom, on site parking, a BBQ, and a shed for storing outdoor gear!

Unwind at our quiet and spacious basement suite in the beautiful Okanagan. Overlooking the stunning view of the valley, our space features everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. You can often find us around working on the farm, so never hesitate to ask us if you require any assistance while you enjoy this spacious and serene space and view. Included use of original Jacuzzi J480 model and one time (by appointment ) up to an hour visit in our outdoor Dundalk barrel Sauna.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

Our suite is located in Vernon overlooking the city and valley views. Our kitchen offers several extra small appliances: Crock Pot, load it up before you head out and enjoy a piping hot meal or fire up the BBQ on your return from a full day of activities. Relax & unwind with a hot tub or game of billiards in the private lounge areas indoor or outdoor. SilverStar & Sovereign Lake are nearby for skiing, snowboarding & snowshoeing. We offer laundry access as well on request.
