Trendy Loft Steps to Plaza Dorrego

Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Hermoso loft con diseño industrial en torre de categoría en el corazón de Palermo Hollywood, una de las mejores zonas en Buenos Aires. En las zonas comunes se podrá disfrutar de dos piscinas una de ellas con vistas increíbles a la ciudad. Además de un GYM completamente equipado. This is a bright, spacious, stylish and safe apartment suitable for 4 guest in Palermo Green, considered one of the trendiest hot spots of Buenos Aires. Excellent site with high speed internet, ideal to work from home if you need to. It is superbly located at just one block away from Santa Fe Street and around the corner from “Distrito Arcos Shopping Mall” with several restaurants, coffee shops, design shops and night clubs near the area. Lovely and amazing option with a great location!

Unique & refurbished LOFT - Palermo Hollywood

Amazing LOFT located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The building, "Los Silos de Dorrego",is a refurbished ex grain factory from 1920, surrounded with a huge garden full of ancient trees. The complex has this green space to enjoy, with a large (heated) swimming-pool. Also has a gym, dry sauna and a restaurant & bar only for residents. The loft is super unique and stylish. With a cool taste in every detail. double high and tall walls with huge windows, both with views to the pool and garden.

El Loft forma parte de una casa con jardines con plantas y sillones para descansar en los patios. La seguridad es óptima. Si bien está cercana a 2 importantes avenidas está alejada del ruido de la gran ciudad. Cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesarias para estadías placenteras. Es una calle muy tranquila de viviendas con muy poco tránsito por lo cual se puede descansar con tranquilidad. Está ubicado a 400 metros de la estación Malabia del Subte B y a 400 metros del Estadio Movistar Arena.

Estudio contemporáneo refaccionado, con un óptimo Wifi. Ambiente urbano, confortable y muy agradable; excelente climatización para inverno o verano. Minimalist with a terrace in the heart of Palermo

2 floors apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Minimalist but cozy decoration and full of light! It has a full bathroom, separate kitchen and a beautiful private patio. Very safe building, with a shallow pool in the terrace and a laundry. Walking distance to the best restaurants, cafes and bars (La Mar, Bar du Marche, Siamo nel Forno, Birkin, Oui Oui, Adorado, El Nacional, etc). Also only few blocks away from bus, train and subway station.
