Island House; First Floor Villa / Weekly discount

It is our pleasure to share this fully equipped villa that is a perfectly located and priced vacation spot. The villa was refreshed in 2020. New rugs, curtains and refrigerator 2025. It is a short 6-7 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and Coligny Plaza. The beach is beautiful & relaxing. Coligny Plaza is the town center and has lots of restaurants, shopping, live entertainment in the summer and two ice cream parlors. In the summer (June-mid-August) Saturday-Saturday rental is preferred.

Just renovated walk to beach / restaurants / shops / grocery across the street, if you have been to Coligny Plaza you know there are way too many places to list, but we love that the Frosty Frog and Piggly Wiggly are two of MANY places right across the street! Unit has a queen in each bedroom and the sofa pulls out to a queen as well, enjoy youtubetv or your apps on Roku TV! 2 car max per unit per association.

This is a wonderful completely updated condo that is 3rd floor with AWESOME views of the ocean! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and sleeper sofa! This is a very clean condo! Brand New memory foam mattress. Comes with 2 bikes, beach equipment and a wonderful kitchen! Very Quiet! Lots of storage, very open and bright. Excellent balcony area to enjoy the breeze and views! Very nice pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also have a outdoor shower area. The pool is not heated.
