Ci troviamo nel parco archeologico dell'Appia antica - antica via romana, museo a cielo aperto e patrimonio UNESCO - e siamo a 15 minuti dalle terme di Caracalla e da Circo Massimo, cuore storico di Roma. Recuperata da un antico annesso, la casa si trova su un panoramico poggetto all'interno di una tenuta agricola di tre ettari ed è circondata da una bellissima zona pranzo e relax con vasca idromassaggio.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Incantevole villino situato a circa 2 km da Villa Gregoriana e dal centro storico di Tivoli, domina sia la rigogliosa Valle dell'Aniene, che lo splendido panorama su Roma, mentre subito ai suoi piedi si innalza il Santuario della Madonna di Quintiliolo, da cui il villino prende il nome. Sul retro della casa, ad una certa distanza, passano i binari del treno che collega Tivoli a Roma durante l'orario lavorativo dalle 7 AM alle 10 PM: anche questo è un particolare molto suggestivo!
