Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
