Less than five miles to Kyle Field and Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, and Century Square, this one bedroom private apartment will have you in the heart of Aggieland. A private entrance welcomes you into an open living and kitchen space. The kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave/air fryer combo, dishwasher, and coffee maker stocked with delicious LOCAL COFFEE. The Whoop! Barndo is a guest house in our barn next to our house. You'll have exclusive access to the cozy and cute barndominium plus shared access to the pool, hot tub, large barn porch, ping pong table, fire pit, and "remote yet close to town" setting. The downstairs features a living area, kitchen, speed queen laundry, full bathroom, and master bedroom. Upstairs is a large room with a twin bed plus a trundle bed that makes 2 additional twin beds. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!
