Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Welcome to Traditions Trail! We hope you will enjoy relaxing in our beautiful, light-filled retreat! Our 2023 home offers plenty of space, with a FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE & three additional bedrooms upstairs. The fourth bedroom features A PRIVATE EN SUITE BATHROOM. The upstairs game room is the perfect place to hang out & offers a desk & fold down sofa bed (full). Close to Stella Southern Cafe, Le Petite Cochon, 1860 Italia, H-E-B, Starbucks & Costco! Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new energy efficient windows throughout, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.
