Fully permitted rental (by College Township) 2.4 miles from Beaver Stadium. It's a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. You'll have a workout space with a peloton bike, treadmill, weight bench, some free weights, & yoga mats. Early check-in/late checkout by request. 1 bed & 1 sleeper sofa; can add air mattress if requested. No kitchen, but there's a hot/cold water machine, fridge, coffee makers, cups/plates/silverware, microwave, wine chiller, panini press, Foreman grill, and blender.

Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY/NO PETS. No guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews. Doorways are 28" or greater
