It is ideal for couples, families, small groups of friends and sports enthusiasts who want the comfort, privacy and space of a real home and desire to live in the heart of nature, just a step away from the gems of the area: Assisi, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna, Spoleto, Perugia.

Canto XI è un appartamento storico di 70 mq ristrutturato nuovo in pieno centro storico , nella centralissima via Bernardo da Quintavalle, a pochi passi dal Santuario della Spogliazione e da Piazza del Vescovado. Dista 600 mt dalla Basilica di Santa Chiara, 150 mt da piazza del Comune, 450 mt dalla Cattedrale di San Rufino e 750 m dalla Basilica di San Francesco. E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
