Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Au coeur du quartier touristique de Nice, joli studio au calme, avec ascenseur, parfaitement équipé ,tout juste rénové.
