Es ist sauber, hell, ruhig, verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der üppig bepflanzte Ost Balkon mit freiem Blick ist ideal fürs Frühstück oder laue Abende. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Markise und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden.

Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min am Rhein. Auch viele kulinarische Highlights befinden sich in direkter Umgebung (bester Burgerladen Kölns, diverse Tapas-Bars und sehr gute Itaiener). Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
