Welcome to your cozy getaway on the private first floor of a stylish home—located in the heart of a nice residential neighborhood within the city. The space comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for a relaxing respite, a girls’/guys’ trip, a family escape, concerts, golf, etc. Backyard grill with outdoor dining, high-speed Wi-Fi, and full kitchen. Your two hosts live on-site—one in the studio at the back of the yard, the other in the basement. Each space has its own private entrance.

Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.
