This diamond in the rough situated in the wild west coast of Sooke, BC will offer you a stepping stone to the natural wonders that surround us here. Enjoy your Private Finnish Sauna, outdoor fire pit, Luxurious King Size Bed, open air Bath house with Claw Foot Tub and infrared heater, AC/heat Pump, Nespresso with milk steamer. T.V, INTERNET/WiFi, vintage tube radio, BOSE BT Sound and all the comforts. Dogs allowed. Cats NO.

Forest & River Refuge

We offer a comfortable, furnished wall tent with deck in the woods along the Stilliguamish River. It's a private setting well suited to escaping busy urban life. There is a tarped kitchen area for all the cooking, a hot water shower and a gas fire pit for warming up and ambiance as well as a private bench along the river. You can access a rail trail and walk (or bike) 1 mile to Squire Creek or 6 miles to Darrington. We are on the edge of National Forest and there is a lot of hiking nearby.

Highland Getaway at the RMR

You won’t forget this memorable stay nestled in the trees , attached to a farm with Highland cows and various other animals. The space is a 350 square foot tiny home that sleeps 6, with all the amenities you’d want! Perfect for couples or families. Wake up to the sounds of the farm just below. Take a quick jaunt down the walking path to see our full and Mini Highland cows, goats, pigs and others. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or take a dip in your private jacuzzi and get back to nature.

Introducing Moonshot the Landyacht, the Airstream at Wildernest! A perfect getaway just a 20 minute ferry ride from West Vancouver on the forested slopes of Bowen Island. This 1971 Airstream has been totally rebuilt into a super comfortable and memorable escape. It's a great solo or couple's vacation, completely private on its own acre of land. There's a separate indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two.

Tucked away on a quiet forest road just 15–20 minutes from Leavenworth and 10 minutes from Plain, you’ll enjoy peaceful forest surroundings and our small farm with goats, horses, chickens, peafowl, cats, and dogs.
