Amazing 2200 square foot, modern design, in Golden BC's, Blaeberry valley. Our 17 acre lot is situated on the Blaeberry River, with 360 degree mountain and water views. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large mudroom, as well as spacious kitchen with 6x6 island, dining room and living room. The house features stunning views, 800 s.f. deck, and an infinity hot tub. The master has a King Bed, and a walk in bathroom. Bedroom 2 has double bunk beds and roll away twin, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed.

This unique cabin is situated on a private ridge line of our farm. We have built a complete wrap around deck to enjoy beautiful mountain views from many positions including from the rustic tub and the wonderful sound of our year round creek with its cascading waterfalls sits just below. Our cabin started its life about 70 km from here as a sauna, then moved to the back of the popular ski lodge to become a place for pilots, engineers and staff to service helicopters and enjoy after hour parties.
