Quail Cottage - Quaint, Cosy and Private

My historic Gold Miner's (1880s) rustic cottage is close to Coromandel's cafes, pubs, shops, arts and attractions and coastal views. You’ll love my cosy cottage as space surrounding the unique cottage affords total privacy in a beautiful orchard garden displaying a lovely rural ambiance. There's also a free carport for car/boat, only 1 km from town. My homely retreat is ideal for couples, cyclists, solo travellers, hikers, fishermen, businessmen or anyone celebrating an anniversary or a wedding.

Whitestar Station's Palm Tree Cottage in Colville

Just outside the door, are bush & scenic walks, waterfalls,, swimming in the creek (which ranges from ankle deep to twice an adult's depth.) It's only 2-10 mins drive away from the beach, cafes, general store, farm store, art & craft shops, medical centre, library and tennis courts. There's plenty of outdoors space (1260ha of it) ... My house has lots of character and comfort and is great for pets; friends, family and club get-togethers (4 other houses are available on the farm for accommo too)

Renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Seaperch will have you looking out over the Coromandel Harbour, while only 1.8kms from the township & 1.4kms to Long Bay beach. This 2 level cottage with native bush surrounds is perfect for couples to envelope themselves with the beauty of NZ land and sea. There is also art and books abound. Enjoy sea views from the comfort of the bed, lounge, kitchen & various parts of the section. A very private the garden backs onto a bush reserve. No smoking inside but outside is fine.

It has amazing views , the ocean is literally at your doorstop, it's super quiet, the boat ramp is a few metres down the road, handy to great fishing spots - mussel farms are only a short boat ride, safe harbour for water activities - kayaks available free for your use, but life-jackets are not supplied and need to worn at all times.
