Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Independent Suite & Private Trail to Sandy Beach

Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway approx 8 min by car from Comox . Our studio suite has its own entrance and patio under a pergola with a view of fruit trees and expansive gardens on 1.25 acres of privacy. Descend the trail from our home to a beautiful and secluded sandy beach. Enjoy beach walking from our private trail to the sandy beach below as well as nearby Kye Bay Beach, marine/bird life.
