Conveniently located with a 10-15 min walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Walk of Fame, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and hiking trails. Universal Studios is a 5-10 min drive. The Spanish-Mediterranean Revival architecture, stone floors, casement windows, gas fireplace, mid-century modern furniture and original artwork make this property a unique experience.

Recent renovations from roof to foundation, heat/AC system, 1 Giga/sec wifi, wired in + out with 11 speakers, movie projector + two 4k TVs (free Netflix, HBOMax and AppleTV+), 2-car parking with level 2 electric charger. Please note: No social gatherings or late, loud nights. Interior = 1015 sq ft. Deck = 300 sq ft.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).
