Welcome to this dedicated 2 bedroom guest suite in a quiet neighbourhood - a great base for visiting CBS or the greater St. John's area! You are only: *1 min walk to the Manuels River Trail Network *Within 3 min drive to downtown CBS featuring amenities like Berg’s Ice Cream, Manuels River Interpretation Centre, Ninepenny craft brewery, Volcano Bakery, coffee & fast food chains, shopping, etc *15 min drive (& only 1 traffic light) to downtown St. John’s *20 min drive to St. John’s Intl Airport

Paradise Guest Suite

This apartment is attached to our house and we use it as our own space when it isn't rented. We have full access to it however, when guest stay there it is completely their own space. A locked door separates the AirBNB from our side. Guests will notice items such as our children's books and games that are there for everyone to enjoy. They will also notice items that belonged to my father and grandfather. As I mentioned, it is an extension of our home. Please feel free to look closely at these.

Big Pond Beehive, is a modern home surrounded by nature. This new, modern, 3 bedroom house is located within 10 minutes from Cupids and Brigus, and is 5 minute walk to Cupids big pond. Enjoy all the amenities of home with a fully stocked home and kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful back yard with hot tub, bbq, fire pit and outdoor seating or head down to the pond for a swim and some kayaking (kayaks not provided) . Less than an hour outside of St. John’s this home helps you get away from it all!

A sylish, cozy one bedroom private suite, that is modern and spacious. With a large couch for lounging, a beautiful bathroom and comfortable queensize bed, it is the perfect place to stay. The suite is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located at one of the entrances to the beautiful Manuels River Trail, the suite is just minutes from the Manuels River Interpretation Center and all main amenities in CBS. Only a 15-20 min drive to the Avalon Mall, hospitals and the airport.
