Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Steps to the beach! Park your cars and leave them behind while you live the beach life. Walk to the beach for a morning swim, come home for lunch then back to the beach for a nap. Head back for a cocktail, wave watching and sunset on your private upper deck. Walk down the street to a myriad of restaurant choices. Return home, open the windows and listen to the waves crash.
