The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

COMPLETELY RENOVATED!!! Come and relax and enjoy our brand new kitchen and living area. Two new bath rooms, a new bunk room to sleep three more people!! The entire home has been painted and it is fresh and clean! Look out the kitchen window and see Lake Erie! Watch the sunset at the end of the road, in front of our house. Walk to township park and beach and overlook! Great outdoor space with a front deck and back patio and fire pit! Off street parking for about four cars.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is cozy clean, and comfortable. Enjoy your stay on the shore of Lake Erie. Close walking distance for fishing, kayaking, or beach going. We are located within two blocks of Conneaut Township Park, the beach and the marina. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio. We have two other properties nearby if your dates are unavailable.

Forget your worries with the best sunsets Lake Erie has to offer! Everything you need for a beach vacation is in your back yard! You are steps from private beach access only shared with the homeowners on the street. Beach chairs and toys are on the premises. Conneaut Township Park is a short walk east and includes a playground and walking trails. Stop in at the refreshment pavilion for ice cream and sandwiches. The marina is less than a 1 mile walk from the house.
