Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

The Applehay

Set within an apple orchard on the grounds of Eathorne Manor, the Applehay is the ideal spot for a getaway. Whether a romantic escape, or a writing retreat, the shepherd's hut offers a back to nature experience, with splash of luxury. Surrounded by rose strewn apple trees and wild grasses and the shepherd's hut has all you need to escape from the humdrum. Tresahor Studio is in a sun trap overlooking a spring fed lake. The granite quarry was left untouched for 50 yrs to rewild, so is alive with birdsong and dragonflies. Falmouth is 15 mins away with its beaches, restaurants, cafes & clubs, buzzing with Uni life. The Helford River too with its waterside pubs, boat trips, coastal walks & exotic gardens to roam. Then wind down in the sauna & have a silky swim or cold shower. Suck up the energy of the lay line. Good dogs considered upon request.

The Garden Flat

The Garden Flat is a secluded getaway tucked into a beautiful established garden. It combines a large outdoor patio, for your use only, with shared use of the wider garden, which has a far-reaching view over Polwheveral creek and the Lizard peninsula. The flat is warm, spacious and light. Centrally heated, it also has a wood burning stove which comes laid and ready to light, with a basket of logs provided. Please note that the flat is accessed through our garden and up a flight of steps.

A haven for wildlife, The Jam Shed has buzzards constantly circling overhead, herons and wild ducks often visit the pond, the hedgerows and meadow are teaming with bees and butterflies and even the occasional deer passes by.
