Die helle Einliegerwohnung ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, das einmal ein typisches Tessiner Grotto war. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang und eine grosse Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von viel Grün und befindet sich in einer sonnigen Wohngegend mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Im Winter hat man sogar Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Brione sopra Minusio liegt ca. 250m über dem See zwischen Tenero und Locarno. Der private Parkplatz und die Bushaltestelle befinden sich vor dem Haus

Rustico in Contra

Das Rustico befindet sich ca. 200 m unterhalb der Kirche von Contra. Der PP ist unter der Kiwi-Pergola. Das Rustico ist an das MFH angebaut. Der Zugang führt durch den schönen Innenhof. Schatten spendet die Traubenpergola. Das Haus ist im rustikalen Stil erneuert worden. Es hat einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum befinden sich der TV, W-Lan und Telefon. Im OG/DG sind 3 Zimmer mit Betten und das Bad untergebracht.

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860
