This unit is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 living room in a triplex. No shared areas except the large backyard. There are separate parking spaces, walkways, and entry doors for each unit. King/queen beds are very comfortable (not extremely soft, definitely not firm). The dining and living rooms are open spaces so one can eat and visit without missing a moment.
