Lazy J Homestead Cabin

Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. It consists of a spacious entry way, a living room with kitchen corner, and a bed/bath room that features a built-in double bed and large shower. Open interior layout (no doors). Sleeps 2. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
