Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In walking distance from our downtown Smithville shopping, coffee shops, Banks and restaurants, I have a two-story house with a basement, first floor is rental, I live on the second floor and have a beauty shop on the north side, and downstairs is our little studio apartment it's cozy a nice place to stay no windows steps going down, private parking outback a grill and pergola for smoking or eating.. 15 minutes from lake,2 minfrom golf

Cabin on the Hill/ King Suite

This King Suite has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The King Suite and the Cabin can be rented both separately through Air bnb. This King Suite is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin next door is not included it is separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking and,you must be 21 to book.

Close to TTU and Historic Downtown

A three-minute drive from historic downtown Cookeville and easy access to I-40, make this space perfect for exploring Tennessee Tech University and all the local pubs and restaurants.
