Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Located at the Purangi river end of beautiful Cooks Beach our recently refurbished unit is ideally located for rest and relaxation. Or if you prefer a more active break we provide a double kayak, (including life jackets) and paddle boards, and can suggest beautiful areas for walking. The property backs onto a reserve with space for parking so please enquire if you would like to bring your boat. The property features 3 rooms with beach views, a very large open living area and expansive deck perfect for a BBQ. The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.
