A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Book your cosy winter getaway or summer pool side resort stay with us in this brand new pool house with everything you need to be super relaxed and comfortable. Located just 20 minutes from the beach, city, hills and Swan Valley Wine Region, the house offers a full kitchenette and outdoor bbq, plenty of sitting, dining and relaxing choices. Have a luxury bath or shower followed by a quiet, private relax in your very own pool house. We are also family friendly and can arrange extra bedding.

The studio is close to public transport, a short walk from shops, cafes and nightlife. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Resort living with Swimming Pool & 5 min to city

The train station (Subiaco) is a 3 minute walk and is 2 stops to the City. Bus is in next street straight to the beach in 7 minutes. A variety of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Own TV with Netflix. Free super fast Wi-Fi Off street free Parking. Own entrance. We have SUPERHOST status! There are 2 lounge areas and a fabulous outdoor area with pool to entertain with BBQ and wood fired Pizza oven. Fully vaccinated guests please as we work with the elderly and children.
