The couple's cabin is one of three close-knit pavilions at The Bower, rustique rainforest retreat; a tiny hamlet only 10 minutes drive from Maleny and 20 minutes to Woodfordia. Relax in front of the warm wood burning fireplace, enjoy the abundant bird life from your private deck, soak in the antique clawfoot bath, and lose yourself in the celestial clerestory views. Includes: light breakfast*, free WiFi, Foxtel, quirky chef's kitchen, romantic touches, quality linen, firewood** and bush pool*.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Short walk to peaceful Yaroomba beach, the apartment is on the entire ground floor of our residential address, with private separate entrance to the hosts living space upstairs. With a sparkling 12metre pool with glass edge, looking out over the trees and with unhindered views to Mount Coolum and spacious decks, 60m2 undercover open area and beautiful gardens to enjoy during the day and fire-pit for the evenings. Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.
