Good stopover point on the way to the Mountains or a base for walking or biking on the property or in the district. Kitchen has microwave, fridge, electric frypan, toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker, and there is a private deck area with BBQ.

Mt Cooper Cottage is situated on a working sheep property. It was built to be the cook house for shearers in the 19th century, with historic significance. The integrity of the rustic charm remains with modern amenities for your convenience. The cottage is 1.5 hours drive from Jindabyne and 1.5 hours drive to the coast. The main heating is a wood fuel heater, you will need to be able to light a fire. Altitude approx 1000mtrs the climate is cold in winter, often cold during other seasons.
