Lakeside Retreat Coal Point

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties). Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. A perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. NB: we only accept guests with 5 star reviews (esp House Rules). No 3rd party bookings or work crews.

Featuring an abudance of natural light & surrounded by expansive reserve views, this stunning three-storey retreat offers a blend of style, space and coastal living. Just a 5-minute walk through the reserve to Moonee Beach, it’s ideal for families and groups to unwind, surf, fish, hike or explore nearby mountain-bike trails. Welcome to Lakes Breeze, a picturesque home nestled directly on Lake Tuggerah. Getaway from busy days, you will free yourself and have lots of fun inside and out in this family friendly lake house. Make yourself a morning espresso in front of bright windows, have a nice afternoon tea under the large gazebo and soak in picture-postcard sunset glow around firepit. Go fishing or exploring wild pelicans and black swans by kayaks or play pingpong/air hockey in the garage, it’s all by your choice.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)
