Modern Eco Tiny House

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Modern luxury granny flat on its own floor. Separate private entrance at rear of main house. Beautiful leafy, backyard and outdoor area. Perfect for single or couple. Kitchen contains fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine but no oven or hot plates. 200m to city bus. 15 minutes to town. Easy walk to local shops and cafes. Parking is available at the rear of the property in a shared car park area off the street. It is about 30 meters from the entrance to the granny flat.

Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes. If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.
