Cozy city house located in Copenhagens hip area, Vesterbro - walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, cafees, shops, parks and a five-minut walk from Metro (Enghave plads st) and Train station, Carlsberg. The House has 3 floors. Ground floor with living room, kitchen, dining room and access to a backyard. First floor:master bedroom(180x200), a walk in and a small toilet. The second floor is furnished with two bedrooms ( bed: 140x200), a work room and a small toilet. Shower in the basement

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). We rent out our wonderful and historical, build in 1876, townhouse, located just by the Copehagen city lakes and just a short walk to lots of attractions in Copenhagen. The house is placed in the middel of the quiet street with lots of kids playing and with no traffic making the place an oase in the city - perfect for families traveling with kids or travelers who wants to stay in a quite and architectural and unique part of Copenhagen .

Beautiful & child-friendly townhouse with garden

In a cozy old garden colony area you find our house with lots of sun, ligt and possibilities for being inside, outside and in between. The house is very children/family friendly and there are lots of toys etc. for younger kids. - 7 min walk to subway - Small playground about 50 m. from our garden. - Theres a parking lot just next to the house where you can park for free. Be aware that the two children beds are 160 cm long.

A very unique townhouse just next to the very popular King’s Garden and Rosenborg Castle. Less than 10 minutes walking distance to Nørreport Station and the same for Kongens Nytorv.
