Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

Beautiful studio near Old Town

Our studio is located on Dobra street very close to: The Old Town,Vistula boulevards, Copernicus Science Center and other tourist attractions. It is a fully equipped apartment suitable for one or two people. A great place to explore the city with public transport acces, city bikes stations and many more. Please note that the apartment is located on a busy street and next to a large construction site, which may cause some inconvenience. As hosts, we have no control over these external factors.

Cozy studio in the very heart of Warsaw at Ujazdowskie Ave 37. Within the walking distance you have the best that Warsaw has to offer when it comes to sightseeing, eating or enjoying the night out. The Studio itself is located on 4th floor (no elevator so a bit of excercise!) and is very light and quiet (top floor & window on the inside square). Made with natural components it will allow you to fully relax and recharge you vital energy while in Warsaw! Self check-in allows flexibility.

A luxurious loft-style apartment located in an over a hundred-year-old tenement house. Due to the extremely high ceilings and windows you can feel space and light. While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury. The bedroom has been separated from the living area, so up to 4 people can comfortably spend time here. The central location of this appartment is an excellent starting point for any excursions
