This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

Guests will have the ground floor of the cottage to themselves, comprising of a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The downstairs can be isolated by guest locking the bedroom and living room doors. The upstairs of the cottage is used by the hosts ( home office) - this is accessed via the front door. Our aim is to ensure guests have total privacy in the ground floor of the cottage.

Originally built as a Beauty Salon the accommodation is peaceful and tranquil.... cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Converted in 2017 because my son was threatening to come home from university.... he changed his mind so now the self contained accommodation is available for you to enjoy in our beautiful village of Ickwell.
