This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This newly renovated first floor apartment is situated less than 25 steps from the boardwalk, right next to Caesars Casino in Atlantic City. You can enjoy the beautiful Bungalow beach right in front of your eyes, the famous boardwalk filled with confection shops and amusements, the Tanger Outlets so that you can shop until you drop, and all the Casinos to test your luck. Come enjoy this private, spacious beach house and easily experience all the great things Atlantic City has to offer!

Welcome to the Beach Bungalow! I am so happy to share my hometown with all of you. Ocean City is filled with quaint coffee shops, boutiques, & beautiful beaches. The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Plus Smart TV and DVD player. Enjoy the magical shared yard with fountain. Walkable to restaurants, Wawa, and Supermarket. 15 minutes to Victorian Cape May, and the County Zoo. Only 45 minutes to Atlantic City. Window AC is provided in the bedroom from 5/15-10/30. Heat from 10/30 to 5/12.
